Opened as a public park in 1905, Springfield Park comprises of 40 acres of landscaped parkland, gardens and conservation areas.
The River Lea borders the park to the East and The London Ring long distance path passes through the park.
More than 50 species of bird have been recorded here as have over 200 species of native plants.
There is also a childrens playground.
