National Firefighters Memorial in London
A bronze statue in memory of firefighters who gave their lives during world war 2.

The statue depicts 3 firefighters battling flames during the blitz of London. It was originally unveiled in 1991 as a memorial to those firefighters who gave their lives during world war 2. In 1998 it was extended and re-dedicated to include the names of firefighters killed in peacetime.
