A local nature reserve in Crystal Palace managed by the trust for Urban Ecology.
Part of the woodland was occupied by houses and gardens during the time of The Crystal Palace. Following its destruction in 1936 the area fell into disrepair and the houses have since been demolished and the gardens allowed to return to nature.
